How Solace Works

Whatever it is. Whoever it’s for.  However long you need it.  We connect you to real people who can help.

STEP 1

Tell us what's going on.

We'll listen to your story and match you with the right advocate for your personal needs. Talk to someone as soon as today.

STEP 2

Meet your advocate by phone or video.

Your advocate is your ally. We make the calls, get the appointments, fill out the paperwork and help you get the answers and the care you need.

STEP 3

Get ongoing support whenever you need.

Your advocate doesn't stop working when you leave the doctor's office. We're here for you whenever, for as long as you need it.

From the beginning of what was finally diagnosed as a TIA my advocate started working her magic. No pill was overlooked or medical procedure done without her knowledge. When I got to Texas she was already looking for the suitable doctors in our area. She met with all my doctors, asking questions and later going over again everything that was said for my benefit.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Solace's matching work?

We work to understand your unique situation: your health, your family, your challenges, your personal health goals. Then, we match you with an advocate who has the best clinical and life experience to champion your personal care.

How often can I meet with my advocate?

You can meet with your advocate as often as you need to get the care you require. Some people will speak with their advocate daily; others may only require an hour a week, depending on your health situation.

What if I don't like my care advocate?

If you're unhappy with your advocate, please contact our team at support@solace.health and we'll make it right. Our advocates are professionals who understand that sometimes it's not a perfect fit.

What can an advocate help me with?

Your advocate can assist with any healthcare headache, from scheduling appointments to helping with paperwork, communicating with your medical team and talking to your insurance plan. They ensure smooth navigation of your healthcare journey for as long as you need.

How can I communicate with my advocate?

You'll meet your advocate by phone or video and communicate with them the same way. Solace's platform is HIPAA-compliant and entirely secure, so you can send messages and schedule virtual visits for ongoing care.

What does Solace cost?

Solace is covered by insurance for over 65 million Americans with Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans. If you're paying out-of-pocket, advocates on Solace also offer free consultations and hourly paid services starting at $80/hour.
