Linnea Wiseman is an excellent patient advocate. She has given me excellent advice in dealing with medical issues, personnel, and institutions. Her research into specific health issues is excellent. In situations beyond my knowledge, Linnea has stepped in and advocated for me. Being in a health crisis can be scary and it is comforting to have someone walk you through it.

Melanie focuses on a task and views it from all angles. It’s not about just getting it done but being sure that it’s not incomplete when she finishes what she was asked to do. Gayle is so much more than advertised. An advocate for my 95 year old father's medical as well as insurance care. She developed a knowledgeable and trusted relationship with Dad's primary care physician which was an extraordinary help with all the time zones involved.

When my mother was recently hospitalized, I felt that I had it all together and was very diligent with talking to the doctors and nurses. After a few days, with diagnosis changing again along with prescriptions and doctors from several different specialties, it became apparent that the communication was breaking down.
