I was connected to Melanie through Solace. My mom lost a daughter in June and 8 months later about to lose her husband. Mom didn’t know who to call for in-home nursing and care when she began hospice. Our advocate talked to my Mom and totally put her mind at ease and gave her enough information to feel confident enough on which way to go and who to call. 100% recommend.

Solace was a much needed support when we were facing a terminal illness and all that goes with it. Our advocate as a RN was able to give us peace of mind on medical issues we were facing and her staff came in to give the primary caregiver a much needed break. I wish we had found them sooner as it would have made the end of life process much better.

Thank you so much for working with the local hospital on getting a coding error fixed. I was dealing with this for two years ($9000 bill) and the bill had gone to a collection agency. I’m not sure I could have ever gotten the hospital’s attention despite filing an appeal and everything else I had done. The hospital completely wiped off my bill plus another little bill.
