We are so fortunate to have found Solace! They initially conducted a needs assessment and created a personalized care plan for our sister. Our advocate also adjusted the care plan as our sister’s needs change and gives us regular updates. Our sister is so happy with the care and companionship, and we are comforted knowing all is well since we don’t live locally.
